This dissertation work is devoted to research of influence of value determinants over the development of the professional thinking of the future psychologists. It represents the review and analysis of the theoretical approaches (doctrines) in relation to the study of professional thinking of specialists in the field of psychology. The component structure of professional thinking is suggested and empirically researched in this paper. In fact, the author demonstrated main indicators, criteria and levels attributable to each of those components, determines their development and dynamics in course of the professional training and importance in the whole structure of the professional thinking of students-psychologists. It is shown that the goal-motivational component, representing the value determinants (consist of pragmatic, egocentric, self-actual, cognitive, conformance factors), has the greatest influence on the development of professional thinking of psychologists in the process of profession training of future specialist in psychology. It is elaborated, proved and tasted the program of development of goal-motivational component in professional thinking of future psychologists which includes the optimization of values of personality. Efficient and successful results of the presented program allow us to recommend this program for proper application in higher educational establishments during the education of specialists in psychology for their professional benefits.
