The thesis presents the results of theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the model of implementation of personality oriented approach to the professional training of the perspective officers of the military tactical level management. The scientific and theoretical bases of personality oriented approach to the military and professional training of the perspective officers of the military tactical level management are grounded; the categorical analysis of the research problem is made. The professional and pedagogical conditions of realization of personality oriented approach to the perspective specialists training in the sphere of management on the basis of personality orientation are defined The effectiveness of the model of implementation of personality oriented approach to the professional training of the perspective officers of the military tactical level is theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified. It is proved that its implementation creates favorable conditions for increasing the level of formation of self-evaluation component of the perspective officers of the tactical level management on the basis of personality orientation.
