The thesis deals with the conditions, factors, mechanisms of formation of innovative competitiveness of China's economy. The thesis deals with the theoretical foundations of innovation and competitiveness of the generalized method of their evaluation. The author calculated the innovative competitiveness of countries and states are defined with high innovation status. The impact of the effective implementation of innovative capacity for innovation competitiveness of countries is researched. The retrospective evolution of innovation policy and mechanisms of formation of high innovation competitiveness of China are studied. The prognostic evaluation of innovative development of the PRC is submitted. The national short, medium and long-term priorities of innovation policy of China to 2050 are summarizes. The strategic paths of innovative development of Ukraine are proposed.
