Vorontsov A. Development of professional competence of junior officers of educational and socio-psychological work of the Armed forces of Ukraine in the training.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of professional competence of junior officers of educational and socio-psychological work of the Armed forces of Ukraine in service training. We found the theoretical foundations of professional competence of officers of educational and psychosocial work and the main activities in the humanitarian and social spheres in the Armed forces of Ukraine. Author determined the specificity of the officers of educational and socio- psychological work of the Armed forces of Ukraine during their daily activities and passing training courses. It was found the content and structure of professional competence of officers of educational and socio- psychological work of the Armed forces of Ukraine. The technique of professional competence of junior officers of educational and psychosocial work in service training, which consists of a system of interconnected blocks (diagnostic, theoretical, practice-oriented, advisory, remote). The structural components of the professional competence of junior officers of educational and socio-psychological work that have developed during their training system (motivational, cognitive, activity and reflexive). Designed pedagogical conditions that ensure the development of professional competence of these officers. Criteria (value-motivational, cognitive, active, subjective) corresponding components of professional competence of junior officers of educational and socio-psychological work of the Armed forces of Ukraine in the training, which is estimated at three levels: low medium and high.
