Haponenko H. Formation of professional competence of divers-deminers in military higher educational institutions.

The dissertation investigates the formation of professional competence of divers-deminers in military higher educational institutions. Through research it was determined and justified qualification requirements for the profession of diver-deminer, considered and distinguished professional competence that most affect on the level of overall competence. Revealed and theoretically grounded organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of professional competence of divers-deminers: pedagogical readiness of the teacher to the formation of professional competence of future divers-deminers combined with sufficient motivation to study of students; practical orientation of lessons on the real conditions of their future professional activity; providing of information environment with using of information and communication technologies; the introduction of integrated methods of preparing of the diver-deminer. Criteria, indicators and levels of formation of professional competence of divers-deminers are concretized. On the basis of the adopted subject-active approach a complex method of formation of professional skills are elaborated. Positive results have proved the effectiveness and efficiency of research.
