Essay

The aim of the dissertational work was to improve early diagnosis and pregravid training in women with microadenomas of pituitary studying the clinical, functional, endocrine, immunohistochemical, biochemical and morphological features, as well as the introduction of a complex medical and protective and rehabilitation measures. The main risk factors of pituitary mikroprolaktinomas in women are defined. The hormonal status in women with MPP is dominated by low molecular weight on the prolactin subnormal performance and a decrease in progesterone and estradiol, with the formation of a pronounced lack of luteal phase. They may be considered as markers of early diagnosis of the MPP to reduce radiation exposure to the body of a young reproductive age. It is determined that significant changes in the receptive activity that in women with mikroprolaktinomas of pituitary are observed and analysis of prolactin receptors in resident endometrial cells indicates their absence in atrophic endometrium and weak reaction with hypoplastic endometrium. The early proposed algorithm of diagnosis and treatment in women with MPP was improved with followed pregravid preparation. Using of this algorithm allows to achieve positive results on these criteria: sustainable recovery of the OMC up to 90%; normalization of the total prolactin; normalization of major hormonal parameters: FSH, LH, progesterone, estradiol; normalization of the visual analyzer, the restoration of the peripheral visual field.
