Essay

The high efficiency liquid chromatography methods of determination of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2, T 2 toxin, deoxynivalenol, ochratoxin A, and zearalenone in agricultural raw, plant foods, and feed developed using immunoaffinity columns for the purification of samples. The absorption capacity of T 2 toxin and deoxynivalenol by certain sorbents studied, such as minerals, plant-based and finished sorbent products. The carbon sorbents have the highest adsorption capacity. The combined sorbent preparation 'Korsorb' developed, which has a good absorption capacity of T 2 toxin and deoxynivalenol. The chronic experimental mixed T 2 and deoxynivalotoxicosis of broiler chicks reproduced (dose of T 2 toxin - 3.2 mg/kg feed, deoxynivalenol - 0.14 mg/kg feed). Hematological, biochemical parameters and the main patologomorphological changes specify the hematopoietic dysfunction, hepatotoxicity and toxic damage to the kidneys. Application of the combined sorbent preparation 'Korsorb' in chronic experimental mixed T 2 and deoxynivalotoxicosis of chickens at 3 % by weight of the feed neutralizes the negative effects of mycotoxins on the bird organism. It manifests high yield carcass weight and lower rates of feed conversion.
