Essay

Thesis addresses a topical scientific issue developing the scientific and technical bases, researching and creation of new vehicles with damping supports of working part for crushing of ores and build materials. The new theoretical approach according to the process of crushing a hard materials by a free-kick in the field of centrifugal forces and indemnification of vibrations and disbalances of working part using the damping supports of working part of crusher. Analytical and experimental researches are conducted, appropriateness and dependences between the structural and technological parameters of equipment work are set. According to the research and scientific-theoretical bases the new constructions of high-efficiency vehicles for crushing of hard mineral resources are worked out. The crusher of centrifugal-shock type with shock suspension of rotor, the principle of destruction of hard materials will be realized in which, by a greater blow in the field of centrifugal forces. The experimental and industrial standards of crushers of centrifugal type are made, they went a test and confirmed the high efficiency. Industry - mining (technical sciences).
