Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of technique of attacking motor actions of young freestyle wrestlers in the rack position during the annual training cycle. Developed technique of freestyle wrestlers' attacking motor actions on the stage of preliminary basic training is grounded on didactic and specific principles of sports training. Its main components are: purpose and objectives, forms of training session organization, their content and volume of training loads, plan of training sessions, complexes of special-preparatory exercises, multimedia program and pedagogical control. A menu of designed multimedia information and methodical program "A way to the pedestal" is of modular structure. The paper first presents a comparative analysis of competitive activities of young boys and cadet freestyle wrestlers, done before and after FILA changes in the competition regulations. For the first time features of temporal structure of attacking motor actions in the rack were defined: jerked transition by capturing shoulder and neck above, leg captured inclined throw; turned down throw by legs; turned throw by opposite hands and legs inside "the mill", putting down by churning legs, putting down by twisting snatch by hands and neck top of boys and cadets freestyle fighters by different skills. Developed method for the forming of wrestlers' attacking motor action technique during stage of preliminary basic training may be used in the coaching practice to improve the efficiency of the training process in the groups of Child & Youth Sports School, as well as in the students' educational process in the physical culture universities on the basic disciplines "Theory and methodology of sports training of young athletes" and discipline "Wrestling".
