The dissertation is devoted to studying of the psychological factors of future education professionals' readiness to work with socially maladjusted adolescents. The study proved importance of the studying and disclosed content of the psychological factors of future educational professionals' readiness to the profession. Based on the created theoretical model, the author developed and proved the model to form educational professionals' readiness to work with socially maladjusted adolescents, which is effective provided that the determined psychological factors influence as a whole to future educational professionals' readiness. A program was developed and justified to develop components of future education professionals' readiness to work with socially maladjusted adolescents. The formation of mental, psychological, exo- and endo- psychological components of readiness was implemented through usage of active methods of socio-psychological training. The proposed training program is effective for improving of development of separate personality structures, which are the psychological factors of future education professionals' readiness to work with socially maladjusted adolescents, as well as for formation of such readiness in general.
