In dissertation research the basic going is analysed and generalized near an analysis and decision of problem of pedagogical gift and professional activity of teachers of physical education. By empiric research the structural components of pedagogical gift of teachers of physical education are set. In theory reasonably and a diagnostic tool and outlined psychological - didactics factors of development of pedagogical gift are offered for the teachers of physical education. During a establishment experiment the levels of development of pedagogical gift are set and him base psychological formations: cognitive, creative, motivational, behavior emotional, organizationally-communicative descriptions. The psychological features of development of pedagogical gift are certain. The new original system of psychological factors of development of pedagogical gift of teachers of physical education is offered and the terms of creation corresponding are reflected informative-enriched educational. In the process of forming experiment with the use of the personality-oriented and system approaches, the new original system of development of pedagogical gift of teachers of physical education is developed . The terms of creation of the enriched informative and social environment are described for teachers, methods are developed teaching ability to carry out planning and constructing of employments with the use of fitness and aerobics for the different groups of young people. Through training technologies, specially organized teaching, were fixed high-quality changes after selected factors, that make the structure of pedagogical gift of teachers of physical education. The inculcated system formed abilities to carry out on new teaching of physical education, capture modern pedagogical and sporting technologies uses of got intellectual and practical abilities on physical culture in further pedagogical activity.
