Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of structural characteristics of the individual activity style of a therapist. The conceptual basis of the investigation is an object- deterministic approach. The structure of the activity style is determined on the basis of a system-structural analysis of the activity. The component set of style structure reflects different aspects of activity in the peculiarities of its procedural implementation. The correlation of objective and subjective factors of the individual style determination of the therapist's activity was defined at the structural level of analysis. The structure of the activity style acts as a dynamic functional entity. Pliability of interconnections system of the structure of the activity style ensures adaptability of subject to changing conditions and requirements for its implementation (objective factors). The function of stabilization structure is realized by the action of subjective factors. These factors of stabilization are the peculiarities of value-motivational determination of the individual activity style of a therapist in the conditions of public and private medical institutions. The problem of psychological burnout of a therapist is considered in terms of efficiency of the individual activity style. The relation of style type of a therapist and indicators of psychological burnout is established in accordance with the adaptive schemes (by Ye. P. Ilyin). Structural features of the activity style individuality of a therapist are defined as follows: variability, correlation of objective and subjective factors of its determination, integration, functional integrity, resource efficiency.
