Essay

The results of research on the dependence of NQR parameters in InSe and GaSe compounds on crystal structure perfection, temperature, pressure and magnetic field are presented. A linear relationship between NQR line splitting and magnetic field induction with coefficients 1.95 kHz/Gs and 4.45 kHz/Gs for 69Ga and 115In nuclei, respectively, has been established. The temperature dependence of NQR frequency in InSe and GaSe was studied in the range from 77 to 400 K.
