Essay

The dissertation presents a new solution to the problem of formation of readiness of the future managers to research activity based on consideration of the object of study on the methodological, general scientific and functional-procedural levels. The scientific novelty and practical value of the research "Formation of readiness of the future managers of organization to research" confirmed by pedagogical experiment, in particular its social and pedagogical aspects. Disclosed organizational and methodological bases of formation of readiness of the future managers to research activity as a solution to the pedagogical theory and practice. Concretized methodological approaches to improve the quality of the educational preparation of future managers and professionalism of scientific and pedagogical workers through the development of scientifically based mechanism of its formation. Scientifically substantiated and developed a model of formation of readiness of the future managers to research activities relevant to the modern requirements of the world, European and national standards, as well as the systemic formation of readiness technology taking into account modern conditions of higher education institutions. The main results of of the study contribute to the further development of methodological and information components of formation of readiness of future managers to research, as well as the methodical approaches and the scientific bases of the formation the readiness to meet modern standards of the world, European and national standards.
