The study partner 105 heterosexual and homosexual couples in which one partner is HIV-infected, identified particular strain of sexual interaction and its role in the genesis of disability. Studied the psycho-emotional state, individual psychological characteristics, features life partner couples living with HIV and their partners. Shows the relationship between the level of life of the partner couples, the state of psycho-emotional sphere, and sexual interaction in HIV-infected individuals and their partners. Defensive justified the action of family support as a factor in prevention of psycho-emotional and sexual disturbances in partners, and suicidal ideation in HIV-infected patients. Differentiated mechanisms for violations of vital functions completely in heterosexual and homosexual couples in which one partner is infected with HIV, highlighted the destructive factors leading to its development. Based on these results scientifically proved, developed a system of medical and psychological care for the partner couples in which one of the parties is HIV-positive.
