This dissertation focuses on financial liberalization and macroeconomic stabilization in 35 European countries.The research considers the evolution of classical views and modern scientific paradigm of internal and external financial liberalization. Macroeconomic consequences of financial liberalization are described.The effect of financial liberalization on indicators of internal and external macroeconomic equilibrium is measured. Benefits and hazards of implementation of liberalization reforms are evaluated.
