Lastovets I. Psychological conditions of personal development harmonization in cadets of MIA of Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the study of psychological conditions of personal development harmonization in cadets of higher educational establishment of MIA of Ukraine. The results of the study of the dynamics of personal development of cadets in the learning process in higher educational establishment are represented; personal characteristics are selected that are associated with the index of the harmonious individual. The psychological conditions of personal development harmonization of cadets of the MIA are defined and substantiated based on their factorization, which are the motivation for the harmonious development, the individual's subjectivity, the reflexivity of the cadet's personality. Practical recommendations for the harmonization of the personal development of cadets of the MIA of Ukraine are elaborated.
