Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of technological elements of the industrial production of edible mushrooms Pleurotus. The improvement of existing technology by using substratum made with the method of aerobic solid fermentation in a high layer, promotes biological efficiency and the shortens the cultivation time. It is found that there is a dependence on quality raw material from the terms of storage. Microbiologicaly, the main components of substratum are the quality of straw and water. This affects the choice of heat treatment methods. Effective strains were chosen for growing in the conditions of low (winter) and high (summer) temperature cultivation. 18 strains of Pleurotus spp got a thorough morphological description as suitable for the introduction to industrial Oyster mushrooms production. The positive influence of aqua chelates essential nanometal (microfertilizer "Avatar-1") for raising the biological effence of Pleurotus spp was tested. The 0,05 % solution increases the index of biological efficiency more than 20 % and shortens the growing time for strains P.ostreatus 2301 and P.pulmonarius 2314. The importance of selecting the most efficient grain composition for mycelium production was defined. The ability to raise the biological efficiency with millet-oat-wheat (1:1:1) grain composition mycelium was proven.
