Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of forming empatiynoyi culture of primary school teachers in professional training. It is shown leading theoretical approaches to the study: humanist, learner-centered, axiological, competence and activity. Proved its categorial-conceptual apparatus, namely the category of "culture", "teaching culture", "professional and pedagogical culture", "empathy", "empatiyna culture". The main components empatiynoyi culture of primary school teachers: motivational and evaluative, cognitive, practice and activity and the main criteria for its formation: motivational value, cognitive, practice and activity. Based on the criteria outlined levels of the development of the phenomenon (optimal, adequate, primary, elementary). Developed and experimentally verified the effectiveness of technologies of empatiynoyi culture of primary school teachers in professional training components which are targeted, organizational, semantic and effective ingredients that are in close relationship, as to the content of each other. It is proved that its implementation improves the level of formation empatiynoyi culture of future teachers.
