Essay

It has been proved that competitive stress has a bad influence on athletes during competitions and on the effectiveness of their performance. The most significant for athlete's objective and subjective stress factors are defined which are determinants of erroneous actions of the athletes. A set of individual psychological characteristics of FAS athletes is formed, which compensate the impact of objective and subjective factors on competitive stress.
