Romanok T. Responsible investing in transnational business.

In the thesis the genesis of the concept of "responsible investing" in transnational business is investigated, its objectives and components are identified, global initiatives and standards in definite sphere are systematized, the key methods and criteria of investees' evaluation are grounded, the methodology of responsible investing model formation in global business environment is developed. The global experience of corporate responsible investing development is generalized. The typical features of responsible investing market formation in developed countries and in countries with emerging economies are specified. The expediency of the selective application of Continental and Eastern Europe's experience in the formation of national responsible investing model in Ukraine is proved. The strategic guidelines of responsible investing development in the corporate sector of the Ukrainian economy are defined, the portfolio of national regulatory requirements in this sphere is formulated, the methodical approaches to the potential investees' and responsible investing strategies' evaluation, that are adapted to the peculiarities of countries with emerging economies, are justified.
