There also was done an analyses of the basic types of mechanisms for the implementation of international labor law into the legislation of Ukraine, according to the example of rules governing employment of sailors. Special attention is paid to the features of effective control systems of surveillance and monitoring of compliance with international labor standards for sailors. It is determined the value of international organizations in international-legal regulation of sailors labor.
