Thesis is devoted to the problem of development of professional adaptiveness of social teachers in the system of postgraduate education. The essence, structure, criteria and data of professional adaptiveness of social teacher are given. Pedagogical terms of development of it are given: implementation of person-centered approach into the professional development of social workers; usage of interactive forms and methods of education; application of social-pedagogical support as a means of social workers training in terms of postgraduate education; development and implementation of the special course 'Training of professional adaptiveness' into the process of postgraduate studies of social teachers.
