Object of study - evaluation system of quality management in accordance with international standards ISO 9001-2008. The aim - to develop models, methods, algorithms and techniques for quantitative assessment of QMS enterprises during the design and operation. In the thesis defined the characteristics of a quality management system that meets the requirements of international standards ISO 9000 series on the stages of design, operation, control and management. Defined mathematical evaluation system at the design stage, which is the theory of relations. The basic indicators of the quality system and the methods of their evaluation. The proposed function dependencies between heterogeneous and thtee indicators of quality of processes and the dimensionless scale of assessment. Functions take into account the lowest, highest and best possible values of indicators of quality of process and change the setting of forms, depending on the accuracy of the process. Asked to assess the quality of the system through the system of indicators of quality processes. The algorithm of the evaluation system through non-parametric criteria, which allow to obtain estimates of not knowing the law raspodele as a random variable.
