Ashore A. Transnationalisation of International Business of North African countries under global transformations

The object of research is the transnationalization process of international business of North Africa countries in the context of global transformations. The aim of the research is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the research process of transnationalization and development of scientific and practical recommendations for the development of international business, taking into account the manifestations of the transformation of the global economy. Methods: analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis and economic-mathematical modeling, integration of data, statistical analysis, system approach, simulation method, and others. The theoretical results are: to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of scientific research in the context of transntsaionalizatsii global transformations and determining organizational and economic foundations of the best entry in the transnationalization of international business in the context of globalization. Bottom line: consists in the fact that scientific results brought to the level of specific scientific, methodological and practical recommendations. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the presence of a certain paradox: on the one hand, globalization is manifested through the expansion of global markets and capital flows, on the other hand, the expansion of global production networks is the development of transnational organization of production and movement of capital within the individual companies and between companies; improved: theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of transnationalization by developing a structural model of the formation of the state vector integration in the context of globalization; organizational and economic foundations of international competitiveness; were further developed: the conceptual and categorical apparatus study of globalization and transnationalization; quantitative assessment tools of transnational companies. Degree of implementation: the results of research introduced into practice of Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, the Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Donetsk, the Institute of Industrial Economics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, as well as in the educational process of Donetsk National University.
