Essay

Thesis deals with theoretical and applied aspects of foreign direct investment flows in the context of strengthening the economic development of Ukraine. The Mundell–Fleming model has been modified with the help of the «pseudoeffective investment» because of that it has been received confirmation of the theoretical hypotheses about the negative impact of pseudoeffective investment flow on macroeconomic stability. There were made recommendations for improving the efficiency of foreign direct investment in Ukrainian economy.
