This thesis includes the results of own studies of non-traditional types of fertilizers impact to the development and functioning of bacterioplankton as an important component of the natural food basis and fish productivity nursery ponds. It has been investigated that non-traditional fertilizers such as brewer's grains and micronutrients "Rostok" Macro have positive effect to the structural and functional characteristics of bacterioplankton, propagation of natural fodder, and have more effectiveness than traditional fertilizer - humus. When to use non-traditional fertilizers are increased the number and biomass of bacterioplankton, percent of aggregation, the velocity of bacteria growth and their productivity compared with manure and control.
