Kelaru I. Transnationalization and competitive development of the Ukrainian economy

Dissertation is dedicated to the complex investigation of fundamental transnationalization influences on the ensuring of international competitiveness of economy of Ukraine, also to the argumentation of coordinated with national interests priority lines of foreign and domestic TNC activities on the domestic markets. Essence and economic nature of transnationalization processes are discovered; global competitive environment in terms of the transnationalization is investigated; methodical approaches are identified and systematized in relation to the estimation of national economics competitiveness. Premises and reasons of transnationalization of national economy are proved; the place and the role of TNC are investigated in relation to the structure of economy of Ukraine, transnational factor influence on the competitiveness of the national economy is revealed. Evaluation of the internal potential of economy of Ukraine transnationalization is given, priority lines of the attracted foreign transnational capital are traced; interconnections between successful transnationalization and state competitive policy are revealed.
