Subject matter is a professional and pedagogical training of primary school teachers. Aim is a theoretical substantiation and verification of effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of formation of emotional culture of future primary school teachers by means of art. Methods are theoretical, empirical, statistical. Novelty - the pedagogical conditions of formation of emotional culture of future primary school teachers by means of fine arts have been revealed. The essence and the structure of the phenomenon of "emotional culture of future primary school teachers" were determined. The concepts of "emotional culture", "art", "interaction of arts" were clarified. The methods of forming of professional and pedagogical culture of future primary school teachers acquired further development. Results - diagnostic and experimental methods of formation of emotional culture of future primary school teachers were developed and experimentally approved.
