Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental data to develop optimal technical parameters receipt polyenzyme drug Matseraza-BTU, found feeding efficiency Matseraza-BTU y consisting of fodder for pigs. It was found that to produce pectinase complex advisable to use a strain of Bacillus macerans IMB-B-2810 L. The optimal parameters of film production of seeds for this complex are: 72 hours of cultivation at 37 °C vegetative inoculum of the control pH within 7,4-7,7 and subsequent ripening at room temperature in the dark. Also, cultivation of Bacillus macerans IMB-B-2810 L nutrient medium (ground beet pulp (27.5 g/L), corn extract (12.5 g/l), urea (7.5 g/l), potassium sulfate (2.0 g/l) ; calcium carbonate (2.5 g/l) and potassium hydroxide (0.2 g/L)) provides a pektattranseliminaznіy complex with activity 28750 units/ml of culture fluid. The use of compound feed for fattening pigs enzyme feed additive Matseraza-BTU at a dose of 0.2 kg/t, improves body weight by 4.5 % and an increase in their average daily gain of 7.0 %. Key words: Bacillus macerans IMB-B-2810 L, enzymes, culture medium, Matseraza-BTU, pektattranseliminaza, culture medium, pigs.
