The thesis deals with the development of biotechnology of iodine enriching wormiculture biomass and testing the effectiveness of its use in broiler chickens feeding. The production technology of food additive with adsorbed Іodine on modified saponite is worked out. It is established that the optimal source and dose of iodine and wormiculture biomass with it is Iodine adsorbed on modified saponite in the amount of 80 mg / kg of thesubstrate bу the element. It is proved that the optimal technological parameters of wormiculture biomass enriching with Іodine biotechnology are: the substrate temperature - 24 ° C; substrate pH 7,2-7,4; substrate humidity 65-70%. Applying Iodine enriched wormiculture biomass in premixes for broiler chickens is accompanied by increased Iodineretention. Adding 67,7 g / t of Iodine enriched wormiculture biomass containing 15,0 mg /g of the element provides the poultry body weight increase by 6,9%. Keywords: modified saponite, Iodine enriched wormiculture biomass, Californian worms hybrid, iodine, substrate for wormiculture, feed, broiler chickens, poultryvolume increment.
