Object - the physical rehabilitation of adolescents with cerebral palsy; aim - to justify, develop and experimentally verify the physical rehabilitation program to improve the functionality of the cardiorespiratory system of adolescents with cerebral palsy; methods: bibliographic method; medico-biological methods (anthropometry, tonometry, spirography, testing the functional state of the respiratory system); pedagogical and sociological methods; methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: a program of physical rehabilitation of adolescents with cerebral palsy, which contributes to the functional state of the cardio-respiratory system; justified the use of exercises and the cyclical nature of their proven positive effect on the functional state of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of adolescents with cerebral palsy; conducted a comprehensive assessment of indicators of cardiovascular and respiratory systems of adolescents with cerebral palsy using a computer diagnostic program "ShVSM-integral"; Results: developed experimentally tested and implemented a program of physical rehabilitation of adolescents with cerebral palsy, which contributes to the functional state of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of the body and improve the efficiency of the motor activity; developed recommendations implemented in national Xortitskogo training and rehabilitation multidisciplinary center, Zaporozhye special boarding school №1, ZRСFСsSD "Invasport"; field - physical rehabilitation.
