Lazorenko O. Psychological Training of Border Details for the Activities under Extreme Conditions.

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental research of psychological training of border details for the activities under extreme conditions. Psychological peculiarities of border details activities were defined and characterized; essence, content and structure (targeted, motivational, informative, operational and effective, control and regulatory, estimating-effective components) of border details psychological training for the professional activity have been revealed. Structure, criteria (cognitive-motivational, emotional and willed, action-practical), indicators have been determined; levels of psychological readiness development of border guard as a result of psychological training in the context of border details service under extreme conditions have been characterized. The program of psychological training of border details for the activities under extreme conditions which include stages: information and psychological training, development of psychic self-regulation and improvement of the practical component has been worked out and experimentally tested. Practical recommendations to the commanding officers of border units as for psychological training organization of border guards to the professional activities have been developed and implemented on the base of the research received results.
