Synyshyna V. Features of Psychological Resistance Formation of Rescuers of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the study of psychological resistance formation of rescuers of the units of The State Emergency Service of Ukraine. The study shows the essence and structure of psychological resistance of rescuers to the negative effects of professional stress. The components of the structure of resistance are: motivational, regulatory, volitional, cognitive and typological. An empirical study of the rescuers psychological resistance structure and the features of its major components formation have been conducted. A comprehensive program of the rescuers psychological resistance formation towards the negative impact of professional stress has been developed and tested. According to the results of theoretical and experimental research methodic recommendations regarding psychological support for rescuers have been worked for the commanding stuff of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
