The dissertation gives a broad outline of theoretical findings and practical experience related to standardization of foreign language teachers' professional training from the perspective of the Bologna process. It identifies the basic directions and mechanisms of standardization of foreign language teachers' professional training. The research paper determines, formulates and lays out theoretical basis for a hierarchically built set of organizational and pedagogical conditions to enhance standardization of foreign language teachers' professional training as well as experimentally verifies their validity by employing a testing model. Based on the experimental qualitative and quantitative analysis of diagnostic information the dissertation confirms the efficacy of implementing the above designed hierarchically built set of organizational and pedagogical conditions.
