Lavrukhina T. Formation of communicative competence of the future air traffic controllers in aviation profile universities

The dissertation is devoted to scientific substantiation of psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation of communicative competence of air traffic controllers in accordance with modern requirements and needs of the individual. In research disclosed the concept of "communicative competence of air traffic controllers". Developed the criterion, defined parameters and characterized the level of formation of communicative competence of air traffic controllers. In research theoretically grounded and practically implemented psychological and pedagogical conditions, developed and tested structural and functional model of communicative competence of air traffic controllers in aviation profile universities, the components of which are targeted, content and technological, organizational, pedagogical and efficient components. Results of constatational and forming pedagogical experiment proved effectiveness of psychological and educational conditions of communicative competence of air traffic controllers in universities aviation profile.
