Zigunov V. Professional training of future tourism managers organizing tourist and sports activities.

Object - the process of training future managers of tourism in higher educational institutions; goal - to identify the impact of theoretically grounded proven by experiment model of training future managers of tourism on their level of readiness to commit a tourist and sports activities; methods - analysis, comparison, compilation, synthesis, simulation, questionnaire, survey, conversation, expert evaluation, testing, mathematical statistics; novelty - the first time revealed the structural components of the tourist and sports readiness of the future tourism managers, scientifically proven and experimentally verified model of training future managers of tourism to the organization of tourist and sports activities; clarified the essence of the concept of "readiness of future managers for organizing of tourism- sport activities", which leads to the creation of high-quality and effective implementation of the tourist and sports services; further development received the forms and methods of training future managers of tourism for the organization of tourist and sports activities (problem-modeling lectures, lecture conference, interactive seminars and workshops, business meetings, trainings). Results - substantiated and verified by experiment impact training model, criteria and indicators of readiness of the future tourism managers in the implementation of tourism and sports activities. The main results and conclusions of the study were used at teachers meetings of university, in teaching discipline in tourist and sports areas, in the preparation of future tourism managers in the implementation of the tourist and sports activities of the Federation of Sport Tourism of Ukraine. Materials of the study can be used in the tourist and sports education of future specialists in tourism in high education institutions III-IV accreditation levels; Region - pedagogy.
