Dissertation is devoted to theoretical-experimental investigation of the emotional intelligence as a factor of psychological readiness for the socionomic profession. On the base of the theoretical analysis three parts of the psychological readiness have been allocated: cognitive and purposefully motivational and behavioral; it criteria and degrees. Emotional intelligence is treated as a versatile psychological phenomenon: as integral personal quality which includes the complex of emotional and intellectual abilities and mediated personal traits; as one of the psychical resources of person. Emotional intelligence is realized in the activity of specialists of socionomic because of reflection, anticipation, facilitation. And it provide a realization profession functions of emotional intelligence: the cognitive, the motivational, the regulatory. In the our research on the base of correlations a peculiarity of links between emotional intelligence and parts of psychological readiness was found. In the dissertation was carried the comparative analysis of development of emotional intelligence among representatives of socionomical professions (psychologists, pedagogues, doctors). Difference in the selectivity of locus of control on the problem was found: future doctors are fixed their attention on the management of patient's motion, future psychologist fixed on the content his emotions. Based on the results of ascertaining stage of research the integrative training for creation the conditions of development of emotional intelligence. Emotional data prove that the integrative training is a high effective because of conditions which are contributing to development of emotional intellect and psychological readiness to the socionomical professions.
