Essay

The research has proved the process of future teachers of technologies' training for the education of pupils on the basis of traditions as a unity of three stages (pre-university, university and post-university) considering different starting opportunities of rural and urban school-leavers. The conditions of rural school teachers' training were discovered and experimentally verified: motivating teachers to the profession and work in schools in rural areas; construction of the educational process with taking into account the peculiarities of rural schools based on the context learning; the use of project method as a unity of theoretical and practical activities.
