Grebin-Krushelnytska N. Acmeological foundations of training cadets of higher educational establishments of MIA of Ukraine for Professional Self-realization

The thesis is a theoretical and experimental research dedicated to the problem of training cadets at higher educational establishments of MIA of Ukraine for professional self-realization. The research reveals the essence of the concept of "cadets' readiness for professional self-realisation" and its structure, which includes motivational, cognitive, activity and reflective components. The criteria, indicators and levels of future law enforcers' readiness for professional self-realisation are characterised. Pedagogical conditions of cadets' readiness for professional self-realisation by means of acmeology are grounded and their effectiveness is tested. On the basis of pedagogical experiment results the thesis offers methodical recommendations to scientific and pedagogical staff of National Academy of Internal Affairs concerning training future law enforcers for professional self-realisation.
