Essay

The dissertation is a theoretical and methodological research in the formation of the future specialists of preschool educational establishments' professional self-realization in the teaching practice. The essence of such concepts as "self-realization", "professional self-realization", "professionalism", "a professional" has been clarified in the work. The components, indexes, levels in the professional self-realization of future specialists of preschool educational establishments have been specified. A teaching practice's been presented as the systematic and continuous process of students' practical work at a higher educational establishment. Technology of forming the professional self-realization of future specialists of preschool educational establishments during the teaching practice has been grounded and realized step by step. The results of the experimental work proved the effectiveness of the implemented educational technology.
