The Dissertation is devoted to the study of the diversification processes of the global energy market in the conditions of increasing global energy crisis. In the work is disclosed the objective nature of modern transformation changes of energy paradigm of economic development; grounded the preconditions and directions of the diversification of global energy market with opening of its transnational, economic - financial and technological - innovative mechanisms. It has been proved, that in the combination these mechanisms provide a systematic transformation of the energy paradigm of the world economic development and the formation of the global energy model. In this thesis work is grounded the two-dimensional nature of the diversification of global market of energy resources, that shows up, from one side, in the quantitative growth of its scale and diversity of geographic, generic, subjective and institutional structure, and from another side - in deep qualitative changes of its proportions (between hydrocarbon and renewable types of energy in its global demand and supply), that authenticates the transition of the society power base to a higher level of development. Developed the theoretical approaches to the analysis of the global energy crisis, that confirmed, from one side, the inviolability of its main mechanism - the increasing of prices on energy resources and from another side - the occurrence of its close interdependence with the clutter in the world economic financial, industrial, investment, technological and trade asymmetries. Proved, that the current world paradigm of global hydrocarbon energy, from economical point of view, has led to the overcapitalization of the global energy sector and its super-profit, that preserves low technological stage and spur global technological progress. In the thesis is grounded the compensatory role of renewable energy in the global energy consumption and given the comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of the activity of national, regional and global institutions regulation of global energy market. It has been proved that the most developed regional model of the regulation of the world energy market is the European system, that provides a high level of harmonization of national legislation in the energy sector, the observance of the provisions concluded at the supranational level agreements on energy cooperation, the adoption of a number of regional guidelines, that are the basis for the implementation of a common energy policy.
