Thesis deals with the problem of improving the postgraduate training of tactical level officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The model of the use of interactive technologies in advanced training of tactical level officers is developed, as well as the pedagogical conditions that ensure its effectiveness are justified (continuous monitoring of performance in application of interactive technologies in advanced training tactical level officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; consideration of the specifics and regulations of andragogics; training of the teaching staff to the use of interactive technologies in advanced training of tactical level officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; development of methods for the use of interactive technologies in advanced training of tactical level officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine). Criteria of this process are improved and levels of application of interactive technologies in advanced training of tactical level officers are characterized.
