The dissertation is devoted to the theoretic-experimental study development of creative thinking of operative-search units criminal analytics. The theoretical analysis approaches to the notion of «creative thinking» in its aspects of psychological peculiarities has been researched. It is conducted the theoretic analysis to study of «creative thinking» notion in aspect of psychophysiological bases peculiarities. It is analyzed physiological basis, physiological mechanisms and the development of creative thinking conditions. It is defined psychological peculiarities and the operative-search units criminal analytics creative thinking factors development. It is developed multifactor linear regression model of the personal criminal analytics abilities; structural model of physiological determination of criminal analytics creative thinking; scheme of the process of development of operative-search units criminal analytics creative thinking. The psychological training on operative-search units criminal analytics creative thinking development has been proposed and criminal analytics creative thinking self-perfection recommendations has been formulated.
