Hinhulyak O. Markers of atherosclerosis and thickening of intima-media complex of the extracranial arteries in prognostication of ischemic heart disease development

165 patients are included into the study. In gender distribution the patients constituted two groups - 137 (83.03%) were males and 28 (16.97%) females. An average age of the patients examined was 39,7±0,63, from 20 to 64. The results of clinical-functional examinations verified the diagnosis of neurocirculatory dystonia (NCD) in 80 patients (48.5%), and the diagnosis of stable angina of exertion (SAE) of I functional class (I FC) was made in 85 patients (51.5%). A high information value of intima-media complex (IMC) examination was found in the distribution of NCD and SAE diagnoses with half less probability (p<0,001) of cases of IMC increase as compared to the standard level 0.09 cm in the group of NCD against SAE, and practically three times higher probability (p<0,001) of decrease as compared to the standard IMC in the group of NCD. At the same time twice as much (p<0,001) positive direction of IMC dynamics is registered under conditions of a short (3 months) treatment of SAE as compared to NCD, which is preserved for SAE in comparison with NCD (p<0,001) during 1 year observation. In comparison of changes of IMC and signs of subclinical atherosclerosis with the group of standard IMC signs a reliably less level of PAPP-P (4,540+0,034 and 3,247+0,027 mIU/L, р<0,01) and SRP(16,548+0,887 and 3,991+0,348 mg/L, р<0,01) is found. Administration of atorvastatin in case of initial prevalence of increased total index of (?КІМ/6) over 0,09 cm as compared to trimethazidine MR and Magne-B6 was proved to result in reduced number of cases of IMC index increase (p<0,002) in three months, and increased number of cases of IMC index decrease in 2,5 times. This tendency is observed within a year (p<0,05).
