The thesis deals with the problem of forming managerial culture of future lecturers of economics at the economic university. The structural components of future lecturer's managerial culture have been justified; their criteria, indicators and levels have been worked out. Pedagogical conditions contributing to the forming of managerial culture of future lecturers have been pointed out and epistemologically proved.
