In dissertation it is carried out teoretiko-experimental study of self-regulation as factor of overcoming of negative mental conditions in student age. The theoretical analysis of the scientific going is conducted near the study of the noted problem in foreign and domestic psychology, certainly concept and maintenance of negative mental conditions and their intercommunication with self-regulation in student age. Experimentally investigational dynamics of psychological displays of negative mental conditions and levels of self-regulation for students during studies in the INSTITUTE of higher. Experimentally investigational and intercommunications are set between a level and indexes of self-regulation (planning, design, programming, estimation of results, flexibility, independence) and probed negative mental conditions (anxiety, frustraciya, aggressiveness) for students. Grounded, it is developed and experimentally approved complex program "Development of self-regulation as factor of overcoming of negative mental conditions in student age", expedience and effectiveness of its introduction is well-proven in relation to working off skills of kognitivnoy, emotionally volitional, povedinkovoy component self-regulation; awareness of personality qualities, development of prognostichnikh abilities, expansion of presentations. Methodical recommendations the teachers of INSTITUTE of higher are developed in relation to overcoming of negative mental conditions in student age.
