Essay

The complex semantic-motivational analysis of nomination sphere “person on the basis of its intellectual characteristics” in comparative-typological context (based on English, Czech, Ukrainian and Russian languages) had been done in the dissertation for the first time in the native linguistics. The idea of three-dimensional picture of the world (N. J. Shvedova) was used as a basis. By the virtue of semantic-etymological, semantic and motivational simulating of the analyzed sphere typological, areal and genetic in specifics and interaction of lingual and motivational meanings (in consideration of cultural component) was detected.
