Pototska I. Psychological conditions of teacher talent among future teachers.

The thesis is devoted to studying the psychological conditions of teacher talent among future teachers. This paper developed a psychological model of pedagogical skills. Scientifically based psychodiagnostical tools for investigation teacher talent are tested. The results of theoretical and empirical studies of psychological characteristics of structural components of pedagogical talent of future teachers depending on the course, the relationship between the components of pedagogical skills are described in this research. Personal determinants that contribute to the development of the components of pedagogical talent of future teachers are discovered. In the dissertation the psychological conditions of teacher talent among future teachers are revealed. The program of pedagogical talent of future teachers is developed and tested. Quantitative and qualitative comparative analysis of the results obtained during the formative experiment suggests that the developed program is an effective means of intellectual and creative components of pedagogical talent of future teachers.
