Morozova N. Prevention of violation of the involution uterus in the postpartum period

The thesis is devoted to the actual decision of scientific problem are -lowering of frequency of the purulent-inflammatory diseases in women of group risk on the development violation of the involution uterus in the postpartum period. Based on the study of clinical-anamnestic, ultrasonic, dopplerometrycal, cytological, data of interferons status, cytokines profile and microbiocenosis of labor tracts it developed of risk factors of violations of the involution uterus and diagnostic criteria of violations of the involution uterus in the postpartum period. Among the risk factors of oviolations of the involution uterus in the postpartum period are installed such ones: polyhydramnios, anaemiа, large child, anomaly of childbirth activities, untimely discharge of amniotic fluid, hypotonic bleeding, manual separation of the placenta and allocation afterbirth. Dynamics of concentration of proinflammatory cytokines in lochia and the serum of blood in women with disorders of the involution at the uterine in the postpartum period and their pathogenetic meaning in the development of inflammatory process. The established features of immune status in women with disorders of the involution at the uterine in the postpartum period and has been manifested in augmentation of proinflammatory cytokines in the lochii and the serum of blood.
